Each year Ron Shandler and his cohorts come up with some of the best baseball analysis and forecasting in the industry and place it all into approximately 300 pages of fantasticness.

This is no different.

Not for the casual fan; this is highly-focussed stuff where many pages upon first glance would seem like log tables. If you can get past that, learn to understand the stats, signals and commentaries , then the information in there is superb.
